Submitting BRIDGE leads is a two-step process. You must complete both steps for your BRIDGE lead referral to be valid.
Submitting BRIDGE leads is a two-step process. You must complete both steps for your BRIDGE lead referral to be valid.
- STEP 1:- Fill out the BRIDGE Assistant Agreement with your information, the lead's information, and e-sign. Make sure to download a copy. You will need to upload this when you submit the lead form in step 2.
- STEP 2:- Fill out the lead form on DCNGBRIDGE.com or in your BRIDGE Portal dashboard. Make sure to use the same email address you used when you registered as a BRIDGE Assistant and upload your signed BRIDGE Assistant Agreement.
